Check Quote

Check Quote

Checks whether a user has quote-tweeted a tweet. It makes a single read of the user's Posts tab, which covers the newest 18 to 20 posts X serves there, and reports that window in a scanned object. Call it right after the user posts the quote. A quote written as a reply lives in Posts and replies rather than Posts, so it is outside this window. Optionally verify minimum friend tags, same as check-reply. If that read cannot be completed the endpoint answers 503 with a Retry-After header rather than reporting that the user did not quote, and the call is not billed. If it comes back empty with no end-of-timeline marker, you get an unbilled 422 with code POSTS_UNREADABLE instead, and for five minutes that handle is answered from memory without calling X. No connected X account needed (uses pool accounts).

GET/v2/tweets/:tweetId/check-quoteCheck if a user has quoted a tweet.
