How these results are drawn
Winner Picker collects everyone who reposted, quoted or replied to a post, applies the rules the host set, then draws winners from a public drand randomness beacon committed to before that round exists. The entry list, the commitment hash and the round are all on each result page, so anyone can re-run the draw and get the same winners.
