Winner Picker Rules
Every rule is optional and off by default, with three exceptions: the post author is excluded unless you untick it, and suspended and protected accounts are always excluded whatever you tick. All rules are written into the commitment before the random number exists, so they cannot be changed after the draw without breaking the proof.
Required actions
Default: None ticked
What it does: Repost, quote, reply. Every ticked action is required. With none ticked, any one action counts.
Verified only
Default: Off
What it does: Only accounts X shows a check next to: blue, gold (organisation) or grey (government).
Minimum followers
Default: 0 (off)
What it does: Followers must be at least this number.
Minimum tweets
Default: 0 (off)
What it does: Posts on the account, as X reports them. An account whose count could not be read fails the rule.
Minimum account age
Default: 0 days (off)
What it does: Measured at the time the post went up, so accounts created after the post never pass. Accounts with an unknown creation date fail.
Has a profile photo
Default: Off
What it does: Excludes accounts still using the default avatar.
Exclude suspended or unavailable
Default: Always on
What it does: Not a setting since 15/10: a suspended account cannot be paid. X does not flag these directly. We infer it for quoters and repliers whose profile no longer loads; suspended reposters never appear in the list at all.
Exclude protected
Default: Always on
What it does: Not a setting since 15/10: nobody can check a locked account’s entry. Excludes accounts with protected posts.
Minimum tags
Default: 0 (off)
What it does: Distinct @mentions in one reply or quote. The post author and the person themselves do not count. In a reply to another reply, X adds the parent handle, which counts as a tag.
Required keywords
Default: None
What it does: Every keyword must appear in one text, case-insensitive.

What it does: Which text the tag and keyword rules read: the reply, the quote, or either. With either, one text must pass both rules.
Wallet address
Default: None
What it does: Require an address in the reply or quote, one chain per draw: EVM (0x), Solana, TON, SUI / Aptos, Tron or Bitcoin. TON and bech32 Bitcoin are checksum verified; EVM, Tron and legacy Bitcoin are matched on shape. SUI and Aptos share their format with an Ethereum transaction hash, so a pasted hash counts as an address there.

What it does: The author and/or up to 5 accounts in total. Checked only for picked entrants, in draw order. A pick who does not follow every account is skipped and the next pick is checked.
Exclude list
Default: Empty
What it does: Usernames or x.com links, one per line or comma separated.
Exclude post author
Default: On
What it does: The account that wrote the post cannot win.
Number of winners
Default: 1
What it does: Pick 1, 2, 3 or any number up to 1,000. If it is larger than the eligible list, everyone eligible wins.

Follow checks are made by our servers at draw time, stored on our side and written into the proof from that record, so the host cannot change them. They cannot be proven with cryptography the way the draw can, so a verifier has to trust that part of the record.
