Your XCROP Dashboard: Payments, Billing & Usage Guide

Overview

Your XCROP Dashboard is your command center — monitor API usage, manage billing, track credits, and configure your account. This guide walks you through everything from upgrading your plan with crypto to understanding your invoice history.

Paying with Cryptocurrency

XCROP currently supports crypto as the primary payment method, with card payments (Stripe) coming soon. Four chains are available:

ChainTokenTypical FeeSpeed
BNB Smart ChainUSDT (BEP-20)< $0.01~15 seconds
BNB Smart ChainUSDC (BEP-20)< $0.01~15 seconds
SolanaSOL< $0.001~5 seconds
PolygonPOL< $0.01~5 seconds

Recommended: USDT on BEP-20 — lowest fees and fastest confirmation.

Step-by-Step Payment Flow

1. Choose your plan — Go to Pricing and click the plan you want (Basic $4.9/mo, Pro $9.9/mo, or Pay-as-you-go credit packs)
2. Select Crypto tab — On the checkout page, select "Pay with Crypto"
3. Pick your chain — Choose USDT BEP-20, USDC BEP-20, SOL, or POL
4. Send the exact amount — A unique wallet address and QR code are generated for your payment. You have 30 minutes to send
5. Verify — The system auto-checks every 30 seconds. You can also click "I've sent the payment" to trigger instant verification
6. Done! — Your plan activates immediately and you'll receive a confirmation email with your billing period

Payment Tolerance

You don't need to send the exact amount to the last decimal:

USDT: 0.5% tolerance (e.g. $4.87 accepted for a $4.90 payment)
SOL/POL: 2% tolerance (covers gas fee variance and price fluctuation)

Tips for Smooth Payments

Copy the wallet address — Don't type it manually. Use the Copy button
Use the right network — Sending USDT on the wrong chain (e.g. ERC-20 instead of BEP-20) means lost funds
Send within 30 minutes — Expired payments generate a new wallet address
Check your wallet app — Some wallets deduct network fees from the send amount

Dashboard Overview

After logging in, the Dashboard gives you a real-time view of your account:

Stats Cards (Top Row)

Credits Today — How many credits you've used today
Monthly Credits — Usage vs your plan's monthly allowance (e.g. 15K / 2M)
Success Rate — Percentage of successful API calls (target: >99%)
Avg Latency — Average response time across all your API calls
Rate Limit — Current requests per minute vs your plan limit

Credits Chart

A 7-day visual breakdown of your daily credit consumption. Helps you spot usage patterns and plan accordingly.

Recent Activity

Your latest API calls with method, endpoint, status code, latency, and credits used. Toggle between "All" and "Errors" to quickly find failed requests.

Endpoint Breakdown

Visual breakdown showing which endpoints you use the most, with color-coded bars and percentages.

Billing Section

The Billing tab shows everything about your subscription:

Current Plan Card

Plan name and price — e.g. "Pro — $9.9/month"
Features — What's included in your plan
Billing period — Start and end dates in UTC (e.g. 2026-03-08 16:30 UTC → 2026-04-08 16:30 UTC)
Top-up balance — Extra credits purchased via credit packs (never expire)

Actions

Upgrade Plan — Switch to a higher tier (Basic → Pro)
Top Up Credits — Buy additional credit packs that never expire

Invoice History Table

All your payments in one place:

Invoice — Payment reference number
Date — When the payment was made
Amount — How much you paid
Method — Payment badge (USDT BEP-20, USDC BEP-20, SOL, or POL)
TxID — Blockchain transaction hash, clickable link to the explorer (BscScan, Solscan, or Polygonscan)
Status — Payment status (paid, pending, failed)

What Happens When You Upgrade

When you upgrade from one plan to another (e.g. Basic → Pro):

1. Credits reset to 0 — You get the full credit allowance of your new plan immediately
2. New billing period starts — From the moment of upgrade, not from your original signup date
3. Top-up credits carry over — Any purchased credit packs remain in your balance
4. Features unlock instantly — Higher rate limits, priority processing, etc.

Example

You're on Basic (700K credits/month) and have used 150K credits. You upgrade to Pro (2M credits/month):

Credits reset: 0 / 2,000,000
Rate limit: 30/min → 60/min
Top-up balance: unchanged

Troubleshooting

Payment not detected after sending

Wait 1-3 minutes for blockchain confirmations
Click "I've sent the payment" to trigger manual verification
Double-check you sent to the correct address on the correct chain

Dashboard still shows old plan after payment

Hard refresh the page (Ctrl+Shift+R)
Log out and log back in to refresh your session

Credits showing wrong number

Credits reset when you upgrade plans — this is expected
Monthly credits reset on the 1st of each month (or from your upgrade date)

Invoice missing TxID

Some older payments may not have TxID recorded
Future payments will always include the blockchain transaction hash

API Keys

Generate and manage API keys from Dashboard → API Keys:

Keys use prefix xc_live_
Create up to 10 keys per account
Each key tracks its own usage and last-used timestamp
Revoke keys instantly if compromised
