Refund Policy

Last updated: August 19, 2026

TL;DR
  • 14 days to ask for a refund, no reason needed
  • Barely used the plan? Full refund
  • Used some of it? Pro rata refund on what is left
  • If we broke something, the time limit does not apply
  • Email [email protected] to start

1. Refund Window

You may request a refund within 14 days of any charge. We do not ask for a reason.

The window runs from the date the payment was taken, not from the date you first used the API.

2. Subscriptions

Monthly and annual plans are refunded in full if, at the time of the request, you have used less than 10% of the plan's monthly credit allowance.

  • Starter (Free): no charge, nothing to refund
  • Basic: 700,000 credits/month, so the threshold is 70,000 credits
  • Pro: 2,000,000 credits/month, so the threshold is 200,000 credits

Above that threshold we will refund pro rata against the credits you have not consumed, at the same rate you paid.

3. Credit Packs

Pay as You Go credit packs are refunded pro rata on the credits still unused at the time of the request, at the rate you paid for that pack.

Credits never expire, so there is no deadline by which you have to spend them. The 14-day window applies to the refund request itself, not to the credits.

4. Renewals

Cancel before your renewal date and no further charge is taken.

If a renewal has already been charged, it is refundable on the same terms as any other charge: within 14 days, subject to the usage thresholds above.

5. How to Request

Email [email protected] from the address on your account, and include the invoice or transaction reference if you have it.

We aim to respond within one business day. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and normally settle within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or the network used.

Cryptocurrency payments are refunded to the wallet address the payment was made from, in the same asset. Network fees are deducted from the refunded amount.

6. Service Failure

The 14-day window and the usage thresholds do not apply where the Services failed to deliver what you paid for.

If sustained downtime, incorrect data, or a defect on our side prevented you from using credits you had bought, contact us and we will refund or re-credit the affected usage regardless of how much time has passed.

7. Exclusions

We may decline a refund where there is evidence of abuse, including:

  • Repeated buy-and-refund cycles across accounts
  • Consuming a large share of an allowance and then requesting a full refund
  • Use of the Services in breach of the Acceptable Use Policy in our Terms of Service

Nothing in this policy limits any statutory rights you have under applicable consumer law, including the statutory right of withdrawal available to consumers in the UK and EU.
